FEES & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Following your initial examination, we will always provide you with a treatment plan and fee estimate before we start any treatment. This means there are no hidden costs or surprises.
You can choose the treatment option that best suits your needs and your budget.
Due to the nature of our services, it is not possible to give an accurate quote for treatment prior to the initial consultation appointment. In some cases we can give you fee estimates over the phone, but they will only be a rough guide and may change once your specific situation has been assessed by our dentists.
Contact us should you have any concerns. We aim to give you an honest answer to your questions and we will try to provide you with all the information you need. We are always happy to help should you need any advice or need a second opinion. We are genuine, honest and we listen.
We bulk bill Veteran’s Affairs patients and Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) and Teen Dental Plans.
We are also Network Choice providers for HCF and CBHS. This means no gap payments on your preventative care & diagnostic needs.
For your convenience, we accept cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) for treatment payment. We now accept all cards with no surcharge.
We can claim directly from your health funds using our HICAPS facility. You will only need to pay the difference at the time of your treatment.
12 months interest free payment plans are available for certain treatment plans. Our friendly reception staff will help you submit your application to allow you to have the dental treatment you need before the problems become more serious, painful and costly.
