How long does it take to recover after a tooth extraction?

Most people feel significantly better within 3–5 days, with full healing taking 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the extraction. It's important to follow post-operative care instructions, including avoiding smoking, vigorous rinsing, or using straws in the first 24–48 hours.
